Senior Performance Marketing Manager – Meta & TikTok Ads

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will oversee your own marketing budget with opportunities for scaling.

• You will create data-driven scaling strategies for rapidly growing D2C brands and manage their execution across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and others.

• You will analyze performance metrics and optimize budgets, campaigns, and creative assets based on defined KPIs (e.g., ROAS, CAC...).

• You will establish a structured testing plan for creative assets and extract insights for future campaigns.

• You will conceptualize and produce creative content for paid social campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and other platforms.

• You will coordinate and brief content shoots with creators.

• You will handle client communication and manage relationships.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess a minimum of 3–5 years of experience as a paid social performance marketer, having crafted and implemented successful strategies.

• You hold a degree in Business Administration, Advertising, Communications, Marketing, or a similar field.

• You have experience working with clients in an agency setting.

• You are capable of working autonomously and have the motivation necessary to grow your clients' accounts.

• You have a creative mindset and enjoy focusing your optimization efforts on creative assets.
