This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Take full ownership of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, managing everything from account structure, campaigns, and bidding strategies to search-term hygiene, negative-keyword strategies, audiences, and creative testing.
• Enhance cost efficiency and achieve profitable growth by balancing customer acquisition cost (CAC) and volume against clearly defined unit-economics targets.
• Create and manage your own reporting and monitoring systems, including spend pacing, CAC by funnel stage, payback analysis, and the necessary dashboards to stay ahead of account performance.
• Actively leverage AI tools as an integral part of your daily operations for analysis, audits, ad iteration, and reporting tasks.
• Initiate and lead our paid social program, starting with Meta, employing disciplined testing, clear success criteria, and straightforward go/no-go decision-making.
• Collaborate with the Head of Marketing on strategies, landing pages, and identifying the next growth opportunities.
• Clearly communicate performance metrics, trends, and decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, demonstrating extensive expertise in Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, bidding strategies, account structure, negative-keyword strategy, audience signals).
• Proven track record of personally managing over $1.2 million in annual paid budgets, with the ability to discuss the efficiency versus volume trade-offs at that scale.
• Strong data proficiency, with a deep engagement in metrics, building your own reports, and fluency in CAC, payback, lifetime value (LTV), conversion lag, and attribution.
• Experience with Meta or paid social platforms, particularly in launching or relaunching programs.
• B2C subscription or freemium funnel experience is highly preferred, especially with trial-based funnels and multi-stage conversion tracking.
• Actively utilizes AI tools in daily tasks, rather than just having a basic awareness of them.
• A dedicated individual contributor who thrives on hands-on ownership and is not looking to transition into people management.
• Capable of working independently without requiring extensive processes or guidance, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain decisions and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Available to maintain significant overlap with US Eastern working hours for real-time collaboration with the Head of Marketing.
• Remote work
• Competitive salary
• Education stipend, internet stipend, wellness stipend
