This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Take ownership and develop PORTA’s performance marketing framework from scratch.
• Create and expand a comprehensive growth system that effectively generates pipeline opportunities.
• Explore and evaluate new channels, audiences, and messaging to achieve product-market alignment.
• Lead efforts in international market growth, focusing on market prioritization and localization strategies.
• Regularly enhance campaigns, budgets, creatives, and funnels based on performance metrics.
• Design and implement structured experiments throughout the marketing funnel.
• Develop reporting systems and dashboards that link marketing performance with revenue results.
• Work closely with teams in Product, Brand, Content, Sales, and RevOps.
• Introduce scalable processes, automation, and best practices as the marketing system evolves.
• Over 4 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in dynamic or rapidly growing settings.
• In-depth knowledge of essential performance marketing channels (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Programmatic).
• Demonstrated success in managing and scaling campaigns and budgets.
• Capability to create and grow performance marketing frameworks from the ground up (0→1).
• History of launching products or entering competitive markets successfully.
• Ability to identify, validate, and scale new acquisition channels and growth strategies.
• Comprehensive understanding of full-funnel metrics (lead → MQL → revenue) and performance optimization.
• Proficient in analytics and tracking tools (e.g., GA4, Google Tag Manager).
• Strong grasp of attribution models and performance evaluation methods.
• Testing-oriented mindset with a focus on hypothesis-driven experimentation.
• Analytical thinker with the capacity to interpret complex datasets.
• Organized, proactive, and solution-focused working style.
• Effective communication with various stakeholders.
• High level of ownership, independence, and accountability.
• Excellent command of English (C1/C2 proficiency).
