
Senior Performance Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
β’ Take ownership of the paid advertising strategy and its execution across platforms such as Google, LinkedIn, Reddit, and others β encompassing campaign setup, audience targeting, creative testing, bid management, and budget optimization.
β’ Regularly test and refine ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and audience segments to enhance conversion rates and reduce customer acquisition costs (CAC).
β’ Oversee and continuously enhance website performance, focusing on landing pages, conversion rate optimization, and best practices in SEO.
β’ Collaborate with and evaluate the companyβs Martech stack β including HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and more.
β’ Monitor and report on campaign performance, highlight insights, and provide data-driven recommendations to the team.
β’ Work together with the team on comprehensive webinar production β managing everything from promotion and registration processes to post-event follow-up and reporting.
β’ Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches β addressing messaging, collateral, and campaign coordination.
β’ Develop product-led growth (PLG) funnels β including onboarding email sequences, in-product messaging, and activation campaigns to boost trial conversion rates and user engagement.
β’ Create sales enablement materials that support a team with sales quotas.
β’ Experience in marketing AI, automation, or MSP/IT management software products β REQUIRED.
β’ 4β6 years of marketing experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a B2B tech setting.
β’ Profound, hands-on experience in managing paid media campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Reddit, and other platforms.
β’ Proven experience in website management and conversion rate optimization.
β’ Experience in producing and promoting webinars or virtual events.
β’ Familiarity with product launch processes and cross-functional collaboration.
β’ Experience in supporting product-led growth (PLG) or self-service funnels β covering onboarding, activation, or lifecycle campaigns.
β’ Demonstrated ability to develop sales enablement materials that assist a sales quota-carrying team.
β’ Proficient in marketing automation platforms and CRM tools.
β’ Strong analytical skills with a comfort level in working with campaign data and dashboards.
β’ Excellent written communication and project management abilities.
β’ Nice to Have: Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
β’ Familiarity with SEO tools such as Semrush or Ahrefs.
β’ Experience in a SaaS or product-led growth (PLG) environment.
β’ Background in marketing AI or automation products.
