This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Act as the central performance marketing authority across the IPH portfolio, offering strategic insights to Brand, Aggregator, Commercial, and Executive Leadership teams.
• Assess performance metrics across brands, acquisition channels, and customer journeys to pinpoint growth potential, investment priorities, and performance threats.
• Examine customer acquisition economics, including media efficiency, customer acquisition costs, lifetime value, and return on marketing investments, and convert findings into actionable insights.
• Evaluate the interactions of owned brands, aggregator partners, and acquisition channels throughout the portfolio, uncovering opportunities to enhance overall enterprise performance while reducing overlap and cannibalization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define acquisition strategies, budget allocation decisions, and growth priorities across the portfolio.
• Aid in the growth strategy for IPH-owned aggregators and external marketplace partners by assessing acquisition performance, funnel effectiveness, and expansion possibilities.
• Keep an eye on competitive actions, marketplace trends, and industry dynamics to uncover risks and opportunities that could affect portfolio growth.
• Work with Analytics teams to enhance attribution, forecasting, incrementality testing, and performance measurement frameworks.
• Direct the performance marketing strategy across paid search, paid social, affiliate/aggregator, and emerging acquisition channels.
• Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and platform partners to ensure exemplary campaign execution, optimization, and performance enhancement.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities across audience targeting, bidding strategies, creative content, landing pages, customer journeys, and conversion optimization.
• Craft acquisition strategies that link awareness, consideration, and conversion efforts into a unified growth framework.
• Analyze new acquisition channels, technologies, and marketing capabilities that can broaden customer acquisition capacity and boost efficiency.
• Track the changing influence of AI-powered search, answer engines, agentic experiences, and emerging discovery platforms, formulating recommendations on how IPH should adapt its acquisition strategies.
• Discover opportunities to utilize AI-driven marketing technologies, automation, and innovative acquisition models to gain a competitive edge and foster long-term growth.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related quantitative discipline.
• 6–10+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, digital acquisition, media strategy, or related fields.
• Profound expertise in paid search and paid social marketing, including platform management and optimization.
• Solid understanding of attribution methodologies, incrementality testing, measurement frameworks, and marketing analytics.
• Experience in managing or influencing multi-million-dollar media budgets.
• Proven ability to identify performance issues and convert insights into actionable growth strategies.
• Strong grasp of customer acquisition funnels, conversion optimization, and digital marketing economics.
• Experience collaborating with agencies, platform partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Familiarity with marketplace, aggregator, affiliate, comparison shopping, or lead generation business models is preferred.
