This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Take charge of strategies, execution, and daily optimization for Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube.
• Maintain a proficient understanding of Meta, TikTok, and Connected TV to inform full-funnel strategies and team decisions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for 2 to 3 client accounts, leading strategy discussions, performance evaluations, and daily communications.
• Review and perform quality assurance on campaign setups from other buyers prior to launch, providing actionable feedback.
• Oversee budget pacing, structured testing, and bidding strategies across accounts, including budgets exceeding $100K/month.
• Analyze performance metrics by audience, keyword, placement, and funnel stage to inform roadmaps and recommendations.
• Identify risks, troubleshoot underperformance, and implement solutions with well-defined hypotheses and anticipated impacts.
• Establish a reporting schedule, craft performance narratives, and prepare presentations for clients.
• Collaborate with creative teams to brief on assets in alignment with funnel requirements and testing strategies.
• Work alongside analytics and technical teams to ensure accurate tracking, UTM hygiene, GA4 and GTM precision, and effective attribution.
• Mentor media buyers and contribute to shared processes, templates, and documentation.
• A minimum of five years of hands-on experience with Google Ads, covering Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube.
• Experience in an agency or a fast-paced growth environment.
• Demonstrated management of Google budgets exceeding $100K/month with clear improvements in ROAS and CPA.
• In-depth understanding of Meta, TikTok, and Connected TV.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and independently lead strategy calls or performance reviews.
• Proficiency in GA4, Looker Studio, and attribution concepts.
• Strong analytical capabilities and meticulous attention to detail, particularly in QA and tracking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with native- or bilingual-level fluency.
• Capability to independently lead client strategy discussions without translation support.
