This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ You will take charge of our entire performance marketing initiatives across Meta, Google, and emerging channels.
β’ You will oversee and critically evaluate current agencies with the objective of gradually developing in-house expertise.
β’ You will optimize six-figure budgets while ensuring sustainable profitability, focusing on achieving a Marketing Efficiency Ratio (MER) of over 2.5.
β’ You will create scalable creative strategies and implement systematic testing for new advertisements, angles, and formats.
β’ You will establish new channels like influencer and affiliate marketing in a structured manner and evaluate their potential for scaling.
β’ You will operate in a data-driven manner, closely monitoring our unit economics and consistently optimizing the Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) to Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) ratio.
β’ You will spearhead Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) initiatives in the shop, targeting a conversion rate exceeding 4.5%.
β’ You will enhance our tracking and attribution framework, elevating it to the next level.
β’ You have either led or played a pivotal role in establishing performance marketing within a D2C or e-commerce environment.
β’ You have managed substantial budgets (preferably exceeding β¬100k in monthly ad spend) and understand how to scale profitably.
β’ You possess an entrepreneurial mindset, challenge assumptions, and make data-driven decisions.
β’ Education or degree: Not a deciding factor β your ability to deliver results is what truly matters.
β’ Proficient in Meta Ads, Google Ads (including Performance Max), creative testing, and funnel logic.
β’ Fluent in both German and English.
