This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee the complete execution of paid advertising campaigns across various international markets.
• Handle campaign setup, optimization, and reporting on Google, Meta, and regional platforms.
• Maintain a balance between promotional and evergreen campaigns to drive growth while optimizing efficiency.
• Ensure high-quality execution through quality assurance processes and proactive troubleshooting.
• Strategically distribute and monitor budgets across different channels and markets.
• Analyze performance metrics and implement modifications to enhance efficiency and achieve business objectives.
• Develop forecasting models and predictive tools for spending and ROI planning across multiple markets.
• Create and execute structured creative testing frameworks across messaging, formats, and target audiences.
• Collaborate with both internal and external teams to produce and refine high-performing creative assets.
• Systematically apply insights to improve the performance of ongoing campaigns.
• Establish scalable processes, templates, dashboards, and playbooks to optimize campaign execution.
• Automate repetitive tasks and enhance campaign setup workflows wherever feasible.
• Develop quality control frameworks to minimize errors and enhance consistency.
• Gather, synthesize, and analyze campaign data across platforms and markets.
• Provide actionable insights to leadership and cross-functional partners to guide strategy and optimization efforts.
• Collaborate with data and finance teams to improve reporting accuracy and the quality of insights.
• Utilize AI tools to refine ad targeting, bidding strategies, and budget allocation across markets.
• Employ AI-driven analytics to uncover trends, forecast performance, and automate reporting processes.
• Implement AI-assisted creative testing workflows, including automated variant generation and messaging optimization.
• Investigate automation options to simplify repetitive tasks and cross-market reporting.
• Demonstrated experience in managing paid advertising campaigns across various channels and international markets.
• Strong understanding of multi-market and cross-cultural marketing, including platform-specific nuances.
• Advanced skills in budgeting — allocation, pacing, and optimization across markets.
• Proficient in data analysis with the capability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Experience with creative testing frameworks and ongoing optimization strategies.
• Process-driven mindset with the aptitude to develop scalable systems and playbooks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Capacity to balance hands-on execution with strategic thinking and process enhancement.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Experience in the edtech, consumer apps, or subscription business sectors.
• Familiarity with attribution and analytics platforms (e.g., Appsflyer, Adjust, GA4, Looker).
• Experience utilizing AI tools in marketing automation or creative testing.
• Experience with local or regional advertising platforms (Naver, Kakao, etc.).
