Senior Performance Marketing Machine

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• Your mission is to drive our growth and success.

• You will take on the role of co-architect in our scaling efforts.

• You will develop a performance engine that consistently generates predictable leads and revenue each month.

• Within 12–24 months, you should be able to proudly state: 👉 “I was the performance marketer who scaled Finally Freelancing to €10M.”

• Paid Ads – Meta will be your domain, where you will oversee: campaign setup, testing, and scaling.

• You will manage a budget in the high six-figure range.

• Your responsibilities include: creating new funnels,

optimizing existing customer journeys,

and establishing tracking architecture.

• You will collaborate closely with Maruan and our videographer, guiding us on the necessary creatives,

while also testing and iterating on these materials.

• You are fluent in German, regardless of your location.

• You have a proven track record in executing Paid Ads within the coaching, consulting, or information sectors.

• You possess a deep understanding of funnels (not merely constructing them).

• You have a passion for tracking and exhibit a meticulous work ethic.

• You seek responsibility rather than micromanagement.

• You prioritize results over egos.

• You implement changes swiftly.

• You prefer testing hypotheses instead of engaging in lengthy discussions.
