Senior Performance Marketer – Home Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Promotion of Home Improvement products (Roofing, Bath/Kitchen Remodeling, Plumbing, etc.) via Google, Meta, TikTok, Taboola, and other traffic sources;

• Creation of advertising creatives independently and in collaboration with the creative team;

• Market and competitor analysis to discover new approaches;

• Working with analytics (RedTrack, Voluum) and optimizing campaigns according to clear KPIs;

• Development of concepts and writing specifications for new landing pages;

• Building simple and complex marketing funnels.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of extensive experience with at least one channel: Google Ads / Meta Ads / TikTok Ads, or other relevant traffic sources;

• At least 1 year of experience in the lead-gen domain targeting the US market;

• Expertise in building full-funnel marketing strategies;

• Experience with analytics: we use RedTrack / Voluum, but experience with other trackers is also acceptable;

• Strong analytical skills: ability to justify your viewpoint and make data-driven decisions;

• Proven outstanding results in previous positions: backed by specific metrics and achievements;

• Systematic thinking: ability to think structurally and manage details while seeing the big picture;

• Proficiency in Ukrainian;

• English language skills at B1 level: ability to consume content, work with documentation, and build funnels.

• Experience with Native Ads (Taboola, Outbrain) or other relevant display traffic sources;

• Experience promoting products in the Home Services / Home Improvement sector.
