Senior Performance Marketer – Full Remote, Europe

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Lead one or two paid acquisition channels (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.), with the potential to broaden responsibilities based on performance.

• Contribute to developing scalable acquisition funnels, from execution to iteration, keeping aggressive growth targets in focus.

• Conduct high-velocity testing loops (creatives, audiences, placements) to enhance CAC and LTV.

• Monitor performance daily using tools such as Voluum, GA4, and internal dashboards.

• Facilitate decision-making through comprehensive analysis of CPA, ROAS, retention, and cohort behavior.

• Establish and maintain internal reporting frameworks that inform strategic shifts and tactical initiatives.

• Oversee the creative briefing process: define hooks, formats, and angles based on performance insights.

• Collaborate closely with content and product teams to launch and iterate on high-converting landing pages.

• Implement systems to mitigate creative fatigue and enhance the speed of testing.

• Cultivate strong relationships with traffic sources and negotiate premium placements and customized deals.

• Investigate new acquisition opportunities (networks, formats, tools) and develop internal evaluation criteria.

• Identify ways to streamline acquisition processes through automation and internal tools.

• Develop SOPs, playbooks, and experiment pipelines to scale campaigns effectively.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–10+ years of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition.

• Proven history of managing $300K to $1M+/month in paid media expenditure.

• Full ownership of campaign execution, results, and optimization.

• Experience with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, ASA, or native advertising platforms.

• Analytical proficiency: GA4, Voluum, tracking setups, and dashboards.

• Strong creative instincts: capable of writing briefs, analyzing hooks, and iterating rapidly.

• Experience in optimizing landing pages and enhancing funnel conversion rates.
