Senior Performance Marketer – Full Remote

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Lead the management of one or two paid acquisition channels (such as Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.), with the possibility of broadening responsibilities based on performance outcomes.

• Assist in developing scalable acquisition funnels, focusing on execution and iteration, while keeping aggressive growth targets in mind.

• Conduct rapid testing cycles (creatives, audiences, placements) to enhance Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Lifetime Value (LTV).

• Track performance on a daily basis using tools like Voluum, GA4, and internal dashboards.

• Facilitate data-driven decision-making through thorough analysis of Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), retention, and cohort behavior.

• Establish and maintain internal reporting frameworks that inform strategic shifts and tactical initiatives.

• Oversee the creative briefing process: identify hooks, formats, and angles based on performance trends.

• Work closely with content and product teams to launch and refine high-converting landing pages.

• Develop systems to mitigate creative fatigue and accelerate testing processes.

• Forge strong relationships with traffic sources and negotiate premium placements and custom agreements.

• Investigate new acquisition possibilities (networks, formats, tools) and create internal evaluation criteria.

• Stay updated on ecosystem changes (platform regulations, algorithm updates) and adjust strategies accordingly.

• Identify opportunities to enhance acquisition processes through automation and internal tools.

• Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), playbooks, and experimental pipelines for efficient campaign scaling.

• Scale existing campaigns to 3x+ budget while sustaining CAC/ROAS objectives.

• Contribute to expanding the user base from 30M to 100M users within the next 12 months.

• Conduct 0-to-1 testing in new channels.

• Enhance conversion rates through landing page testing and funnel iteration.

• Manage both creative contributions and analytical feedback loops.


⛳️ Requirements

• 4–10+ years of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition.

• Proven success managing $300K to $1M+/month in paid media expenditures.

• Full accountability for campaign execution, outcomes, and optimization.

• Experience with platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, ASA, or native advertising.

• Proficient analytical skills: GA4, Voluum, tracking setups, and dashboards.

• Strong creative instincts: ability to write briefs, analyze hooks, and iterate quickly.

• Experience in optimizing landing pages and improving funnel conversions.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills (fluent in English).
