This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Lead one or two paid acquisition channels (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.), with the possibility to broaden responsibilities based on results.
• Assist in developing scalable acquisition funnels, focusing on execution and iteration while aiming for ambitious growth targets.
• Conduct rapid testing cycles (creatives, audiences, placements) to enhance Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Lifetime Value (LTV).
• Daily performance monitoring using tools such as Voluum, GA4, and internal dashboards.
• Guide decision-making through comprehensive analysis of Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), retention, and cohort behavior.
• Establish and maintain internal reporting frameworks to inform strategic adjustments and tactical initiatives.
• Oversee the creative briefing process: define hooks, formats, and angles based on performance insights.
• Work closely with content and product teams to launch and refine high-converting landing pages.
• Develop systems to mitigate creative fatigue and expedite testing processes.
• Foster strong relationships with traffic sources, negotiating premium placements and custom agreements.
• Investigate new acquisition avenues (networks, formats, tools) and create internal evaluation criteria.
• Identify opportunities for automating acquisition processes using internal tools.
• Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), playbooks, and experiment pipelines for efficient campaign scaling.
• 4–10+ years of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition.
• Demonstrated success managing $300K to $1M+/month in paid media expenditure.
• Full accountability for campaign execution, outcomes, and optimization.
• Familiarity with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, ASA, or native advertising platforms.
• Proficiency in analytics: GA4, Voluum, tracking setups, and dashboard creation.
• Strong creative intuition: capable of writing briefs, analyzing hooks, and iterating quickly.
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and increasing funnel conversion rates.
• Excellent communication and collaborative abilities (fluent in English).
• Goal-oriented, with a sense of ownership and dedication.
