This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.
• Spearhead the paid advertising strategy and performance marketing for major accounts, ensuring effective execution and meeting client objectives.
• Exhibit expert-level knowledge in at least two prominent advertising platforms (Google/Bing, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, Snapchat, etc.).
• Act as the main escalation contact for key accounts, addressing obstacles and enhancing performance.
• Utilize advanced cross-channel and technical skills (attribution, incrementality, advanced measurement) to achieve significant client outcomes.
• Supervise high-quality campaign implementation, including comprehensive QA to avoid revenue-affecting mistakes.
• Ensure precise budget pacing and provide recommendations for budget adjustments.
• Maintain outstanding communication with clients and internal teams, leading strategic discussions and performance reviews.
• Mentor and develop team talent through coaching, training, and support; identify knowledge gaps within the department and collaborate with leadership to implement solutions.
• Facilitate training sessions on platforms, tools, industry developments, and best practices to enhance team capabilities.
• Collaborate on new business proposals and audits, offering strategic insights and industry perspectives.
• Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of the Power Circuit, implementing all recommendations from the solutions roadmap.
• Utilize AI technologies to enhance workflows, insights, and performance; model best practices for team integration.
• 5-6 years of experience in digital marketing; at least 4 years within an agency environment.
• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Search Engine Marketing.
• Direct experience in campaign development and optimization processes such as bid optimization, keyword research, and ad copy creation for large, enterprise-level accounts.
• Extensive campaign management experience in three or more of the following types: Performance Max, Standard Shopping, YouTube Ads, Display Advertising, Local campaigns, Bing Ads.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Meta ads for direct response campaigns.
• Additional experience with platforms like TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest Ads, etc., is a plus.
• Experience in Lead Generation and B2B marketing.
• Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office Suite(s).
• Proficiency in Google Analytics.
• In-depth knowledge of funnel marketing and paid advertising strategies within the marketing funnel.
• Strong capability to derive meaningful insights from marketing data, interpreting statistics to tell a compelling story.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
