This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nicaragua.
• The Senior Performance Analyst is tasked with overseeing the execution, performance, and expansion of their marketing service within their designated portfolio.
• This role caters to the most intricate, enterprise-level accounts, earning respect for their expertise in Google and Bing Advertising.
• Beyond account management, the individual actively contributes to the development of the Paid Media team through training, providing escalation support, auditing current accounts, and enhancing the product.
• The Senior Performance Analyst collaborates with leadership to take ownership of and enhance a key area of the department’s operations.
• This professional excels in high-pressure situations, adeptly handling challenging client inquiries, difficult conversations, obstacles, and account-related issues.
• In addition to their Paid Media expertise, the Senior Performance Analyst possesses knowledge of cross-channel strategy, understanding how their service influences the overall media mix, along with general business acumen.
• 4-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a minimum of 3 years in an agency environment.
• At least 4 years of practical experience in Search Engine Marketing.
• Familiarity with Performance Max.
• Experience with Standard Shopping.
• Knowledge of YouTube Ads.
• Proficiency in Display Advertising.
• Experience with Local campaigns.
• Expertise in Bing Ads.
• Specific experience in campaign development and optimization processes such as bid optimization, keyword research, and ad copy creation for large, enterprise-level accounts.
• Significant campaign management experience across 3 or more additional campaign types.
• Proficient in Google/Microsoft Office Suite(s).
• Proficient in Google Analytics.
• Expert understanding of funnel marketing and the role of paid media within the marketing funnel.
• Strong ability to derive meaningful insights from marketing data, moving beyond mere statistics to convey a narrative.
