This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Delivering a premier product from the Paid Media department for our partners.
• Leading performance marketing initiatives across key accounts, formulating strategies to meet account objectives.
• Implementing effective performance marketing strategies to fulfill client business objectives and successfully scale accounts.
• Possessing advanced technical expertise in paid media and marketing strategies (including attribution, incrementality, contribution analysis, advanced measurement, and technical proficiency across channels).
• Providing insightful analysis, interpretation, and actionable plans based on campaign performance metrics.
• Acting as a vital strategic leader both within the department and on account teams.
• Engaging in pivotal coaching moments with team members to enhance their skill sets and deliver an outstanding product.
• Serving as a primary point of escalation for strategic advice and performance management.
• Actively involved in the development of training materials and presentations.
• Identifying wider departmental knowledge gaps and collaborating with leadership and development leads to implement training, solutions, or process enhancements.
• Maintaining regular and excellent communication both internally with agency teams and externally with assigned clients.
• Acting as a role model in encouraging the team to utilize available AI and outsourcing resources to improve workflow whenever feasible.
• Utilizing AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes.
• Leveraging Power Digital's Nova ecosystem in relation to your department.
• 4-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in an agency environment.
• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with Search Engine Marketing.
• Proficient in Performance Max.
• Expertise in Standard Shopping.
• Experience with YouTube Ads.
• Knowledge of Display Advertising.
• Familiarity with Local campaigns.
• Experience with Bing Ads.
• Specifically, experience in campaign development and optimization processes, including bid optimization, keyword research, and ad copy development for large enterprise-level accounts.
• Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office Suite(s).
• Proficiency in Google Analytics.
• Expert understanding of funnel marketing and the role of paid media in the marketing funnel.
• Strong capability to derive meaningful insights from marketing data, going beyond mere statistics to tell a compelling story.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
