This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Honduras.
• Oversee the strategy and performance marketing for paid advertising on key accounts, ensuring effective execution and the fulfillment of client objectives.
• Exhibit expert-level proficiency in at least two major advertising platforms (Google/Bing, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, Snapchat, etc.).
• Act as the main escalation contact for key accounts, addressing challenges and enhancing performance.
• Utilize advanced cross-channel and technical knowledge (attribution, incrementality, advanced measurement) to achieve significant client outcomes.
• Supervise high-quality campaign execution, including meticulous QA to avoid revenue-impacting mistakes.
• Ensure precise budget management and provide guidance on budget adjustments.
• Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams, steering strategic dialogues and performance reviews.
• Mentor and elevate team talent through coaching, training, and support; identify departmental knowledge gaps and collaborate with leadership to implement solutions.
• Conduct training sessions on platforms, tools, industry trends, and best practices to enhance team capabilities.
• Collaborate on new business pitches and audits, providing strategic insights and industry perspectives.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the Power Circuit, implementing all recommendations from the solutions roadmap.
• Utilize AI technologies to enhance workflows, insights, and performance; model best practices for team adoption.
• 5-6 years of experience in digital marketing; at least 4 years in an agency environment.
• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Search Engine Marketing.
• Experience in campaign development and optimization processes such as bid optimization, keyword research, and ad copy creation for large, enterprise-level accounts.
• Substantial campaign management experience in three or more of the following additional campaign types:
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Meta ads direct response campaigns.
• Additional platform experience is a plus (TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest Ads, etc.).
• Experience in Lead Generation and B2B marketing.
• Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office Suite(s).
• Proficiency in Google Analytics.
• Expert understanding of funnel marketing and paid advertising within the marketing funnel.
• Strong ability to derive meaningful insights from marketing data, going beyond mere statistics to tell a compelling story.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
