Senior Performance Analyst, Paid Media

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ecuador.

📋 Description

• Lead the strategy and performance marketing for paid advertising across key accounts.

• Exhibit expert-level skills in at least two leading advertising platforms (such as Google/Bing, Meta, TikTok, etc.).

• Act as the main escalation point for key accounts.

• Utilize advanced cross-channel and technical knowledge to achieve significant client outcomes.

• Supervise the execution of high-quality campaigns.

• Ensure precise budget management and provide guidance on budget adjustments.

• Maintain exceptional communication with both clients and internal teams.

• Mentor and develop team talent through effective coaching and training.

• Conduct training sessions on various platforms and tools to enhance team capabilities.

• Collaborate on new business proposals and audits.

• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the Power Circuit.

• Utilize AI technologies to enhance workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-6 years of experience in digital marketing; at least 4 years in an agency environment.

• A minimum of 3 years of direct experience with Search Engine Marketing.

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Meta advertising direct response campaigns.

• Experience in Lead Generation and B2B marketing.

• Proficient in Google/Microsoft Office Suite(s).

• Proficient in Google Analytics.

• In-depth understanding of funnel marketing and paid advertising within the marketing funnel.

• Strong capability to derive meaningful insights from marketing data.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
