This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Lead the strategy and performance marketing for paid advertising across key accounts, ensuring effective execution and the attainment of client objectives.
• Exhibit expert-level knowledge in at least two major advertising platforms (Google/Bing, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, Snapchat, etc.).
• Act as the main escalation contact for key accounts, addressing challenges and enhancing performance.
• Utilize advanced cross-channel and technical expertise (including attribution, incrementality, and advanced measurement) to drive significant client outcomes.
• Supervise the execution of high-quality campaigns, including meticulous QA to avoid revenue-impacting mistakes.
• Ensure precise budget management and provide recommendations for budget adjustments.
• Maintain outstanding communication with clients and internal teams, steering strategic dialogues and performance evaluations.
• Mentor and uplift team capabilities through coaching, training, and support; identify knowledge gaps within the department and collaborate with leadership to implement effective solutions.
• Lead training sessions focused on platforms, tools, industry trends, and best practices to enhance team proficiency.
• Work together on new business proposals and audits, offering strategic insights and industry knowledge.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the Power Circuit, executing all recommendations from the solutions roadmap.
• Utilize AI technologies to enhance workflows, insights, and performance; model best practices for team implementation.
• 5-6 years of experience in digital marketing; at least 4 years in an agency environment.
• A minimum of 3 years of practical experience in Search Engine Marketing.
• Experience in campaign development and optimization processes, including bid optimization, keyword research, and ad copy creation for large enterprise-level accounts.
• Substantial campaign management experience in three or more of the following additional campaign types:
• Performance Max
• Standard Shopping
• YouTube Ads
• Display Advertising
• Local campaigns
• Bing Ads
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Meta ads for direct response campaigns.
• Experience with additional platforms is advantageous (TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest Ads, etc.).
• Experience in Lead Generation and B2B marketing.
• Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office Suite(s).
• Proficiency in Google Analytics.
• Expert understanding of funnel marketing and paid advertising within the marketing funnel.
• Strong capability to extract meaningful insights from marketing data, going beyond mere statistics to tell the story.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
