Senior PeopleSoft HCM Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Assess and evaluate current PeopleSoft HCM business processes.

• Suggest and advocate for automation strategies utilizing native PeopleSoft features.

• Establish automation requirements and assist in effort estimation and complexity assessment.

• Create and execute PeopleSoft configurations and custom development solutions.

• Provide automation solutions across various HCM process areas.

• Aid in testing procedures, diagnose issues, and rectify defects.

• Engage in team discussions and collaborate with client stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).

• Senior-level expertise as a PeopleSoft HCM consultant with a strong practical delivery background.

• Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing automation within PeopleSoft systems.

• Extensive knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM modules, including Payroll, Health & Welfare, and Benefits.

• Practical experience with PeopleTools, encompassing Application Engine, Component Interface, Integration Broker, PeopleCode, PS Query, Approval Framework, Process Scheduler, and SQR.

• Capability to identify and propose automation opportunities through native PeopleSoft functionalities.

• Experience operating independently in complex, enterprise environments.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage directly with stakeholders and clients.

• Background in consulting or multi-stakeholder delivery frameworks.

• Previous experience supporting large enterprise or regulated environments.

• PeopleSoft HCM and/or PeopleTools certifications (preferred).

• Proficient in English, required for collaboration and potential client interactions.
