Senior People Systems Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead configurator for all Workday modules, reports, and business processes.

• Strategically structure our HR data across all platforms where it is present.

• Oversee the administration of review cycles both within Workday and externally.

• Manage HR-related integrations in collaboration with the IT department.

• Act as the primary contact for employees regarding HR systems inquiries.

• Configure and uphold various security roles and permissions.

• Collaborate with internal teams to develop reporting tools that utilize HR data beyond our HR systems.

• Assist in the entry and management of employee information.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as outlined in this job description.

• Proficient in efficiently achieving tasks within Workday.

• More skilled than any previous HR personnel you have encountered at Excel, or capable of working with data programmatically or in advanced analytical platforms (e.g., Python notebooks, Tableau, Airtable/Coda, etc.).

• An advanced user of AI; proactively identifies opportunities to automate and eliminate repetitive manual tasks.

• Excellent project management and communication abilities.

• A first-principles thinker who can reference best practices without solely relying on them.

• Possesses intellectual curiosity and a strong desire to learn about all facets of mineral exploration, especially in geology. Enjoys continuous learning to drive insights using our exploration tools and is eager to collaborate directly with geologists in the field.

• Enthusiastic about joining a rapidly growing early-stage company, comfortable in a dynamic work environment, and ready to embrace a variety of evolving responsibilities.

• Holds a valid passport and is open to traveling to observe operations at Mingomba or at exploration sites globally. Travel for this position typically does not exceed one trip per year.
