This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide daily guidance and support to leaders across all levels regarding employee relations, performance challenges, team dynamics, conflict resolution, and career development.
• Mentor and guide leaders in addressing routine employee relations or performance matters while adhering to best practices.
• Manage intricate employee relations and performance-related cases for designated business functions and teams.
• Conduct thorough, effective, and impartial investigations.
• Collaborate with leadership to enhance employee relationships, morale, engagement, productivity, and retention.
• Advise leaders on recruitment decisions and workforce planning that align with organizational strategies.
• Facilitate the execution of annual performance management programs.
• Develop and gather People data and reporting to analyze trends, create solutions, and inform strategic business decisions.
• Partner with People Operations to ensure compliance with programming, initiatives, and policies.
• Own and implement special projects and initiatives.
• Maintain an understanding of the business’s financial position, objectives, culture, and competitive landscape.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Over 5 years of relevant experience as an HR Business Partner in a high-growth organization.
• PHR, SPHR, or other HR certification is preferred.
• Proven experience in resolving complex employee relations challenges.
• Strong knowledge of compensation practices, employee relations, diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging, performance management, as well as federal and state employment laws.
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service abilities.
• Ability to build meaningful relationships with leaders at every level.
• Proficiency in understanding needs, proposing solutions, and following up to ensure resolution.
• Self-starter with a demonstrated track record of taking initiative to continuously enhance processes and systems.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficient in Google Suite products.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead and facilitate training sessions.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
• Must not require employment visa sponsorship now or in the future.
