This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and inspire a team of Customer Success Representatives.
• Propel the team to achieve and surpass metrics and client expectations through effective pipeline management strategies.
• Mentor and develop Customer Success Representatives to meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
• Work collaboratively with other Customer Success Managers within the designated program, exchanging best practices and collectively addressing challenges.
• Present customer success strategies and solutions to clients, emphasizing MarketStar’s value proposition.
• Evaluate performance and ensure data accuracy by utilizing data management skills.
• Conduct regular team meetings, huddles, and one-on-one sessions to ensure alignment with performance expectations and company values.
• Review team processes, procedures, and outcomes to pinpoint areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement plans for process enhancement.
• Foster strong client relationships through proactive engagement and effective communication.
• Ensure compliance with risk management and compliance standards in all sales activities.
• Collaborate with other departments to discover new business opportunities and bolster customer success and sales initiatives.
• Carry out other related tasks as assigned.
• Background in payment processing, money movement, or other financial/payment products.
• Demonstrated experience in a customer success or account management position, preferably within a SaaS, financial software, or subscription-based business model.
• Experience managing a dedicated book of business in the mid-market segment.
• Proven success in B2B customer success or sales roles.
• Previous experience leading a team in a high-paced, quota-driven environment.
• Outstanding verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.
• Experience in building strong relationships, managing conflicts, and leading by example.
• Proven track record of coaching and developing underperformers to achieve target goals.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and/or G Suite tools.
• Experience with Salesforce is highly preferred.
• A customer-centric mindset with the ability to motivate others and uphold standards of excellence.
• Capability to adapt and effectively multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical abilities for interpreting data and making informed decisions.
• Excellent client engagement skills.
• Solid understanding of sales analytics, including data and reporting trends, replicating success, and identifying/correcting opportunities.
• Effective customer success or sales skills to aid in business development efforts and meet sales targets.
• Familiarity with technology and tools that enhance customer success, sales operations, and client satisfaction.
• Knowledge of Salesforce is preferred.
