Senior People Partner, R&D

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the CTO and CISO to develop and implement a global R&D management strategy.

• Lead the functional vision for R&D, fostering a culture of innovation that operates effectively in both remote and in-person settings.

• Act as a strategic advisor and mentor to the R&D leadership team, pinpointing areas for improvement in leadership capabilities.

• Tackle multi-faceted organizational challenges by establishing adaptable, business-aligned processes.

• Take the lead on all R&D personnel initiatives, working independently under the guidance of the CTO.

• Direct efforts across Finance, Talent, and Operations to ensure the R&D framework is scalable.

• Over 12 years of experience, with a significant focus on building or transforming R&D organizations in fast-growing tech environments.

• Proven track record in team building and maintaining culture across diverse geographies and working models.

• Comfortable engaging with the CTO and C-Suite, offering strategic insights that influence organizational direction.

• Thrive in environments without a blueprint, converting ambiguous business objectives into clear, scalable people processes.

• Recognize that processes are tools for achieving results and can adapt swiftly as the R&D identity shifts.
