📋 Description

• Act as the strategic People Partner for Product, Engineering, and Operations.

• Foster trusted relationships with leadership.

• Immerse yourself in the business by engaging in planning cycles.

• Address employee relations issues with sound judgment.

• Develop scalable People programs and operational mechanisms.

• Collaborate across the People function to provide integrated solutions.

• Advocate for AI adoption and manage change effectively.

• Leverage data and business insights to recognize trends.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of progressive experience as a People Partner supporting Product, Engineering, Operations, or other technical domains.

• Proven experience collaborating with leaders during periods of rapid growth, scaling, or post-merger integration.

• Strong business acumen paired with an executive presence.

• Demonstrated success in coaching leaders regarding performance, organizational design, talent strategy, and complex personnel issues.

• A builder mindset—capable of creating scalable programs and operational methodologies.

• A sincere curiosity about AI and emerging technologies.

• Excels in fast-paced, dynamic environments where ambiguity is common.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; experience within healthcare technology is advantageous.
