This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drive the advancement of the HRBP function as a strategic partner and organizational architect for senior leaders.
• Lead a small team of HRBPs while establishing operational standards for the function.
• Enhance manager and leadership quality through capability building, feedback mechanisms, coaching frameworks, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Collaborate with business leaders on organizational design, role clarity, decision-making rights, alignment with business strategy, change management, and organizational flexibility.
• Diagnose root causes, recognize patterns, and address systemic people challenges, creating scalable and repeatable solutions.
• Leverage HR data, workforce analytics, and emerging technologies to detect trends, reduce risks, and enhance engagement, retention, performance, and organizational efficiency.
• Oversee employee relations for the fully remote headquarters team and address ER concerns.
• Facilitate rigorous performance management and empower managers to establish expectations, provide feedback, and tackle performance issues.
• Manage, mentor, and develop the HRBP team while creating tools, playbooks, and decision-making frameworks.
• Lead and advance the HRBP practice as a strategic center of excellence.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to enhance hiring criteria, structured interviews, and calibration processes.
• Identify and proactively address ER and compliance-related risks.
• Enhance manager capability, organizational design, People team metrics, and consistent operational mechanisms.
• 10–12+ years of progressive HR experience, including considerable time in a senior HRBP or HR leadership position.
• Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• Experience supporting diverse workforces, including knowledge workers and operational, call center, or field staff.
• Background in a regulated or compliance-sensitive environment.
• Proficiency in multi-state US employment law.
• Proven experience managing wage and hour complexities for non-exempt populations.
• Experience within a growth-stage or rapidly scaling organization, including building or revitalizing HR infrastructure.
• Ability to translate business strategy into effective organizational design.
• Experience in structuring teams, clarifying decision rights, and supporting restructuring initiatives.
• Track record of enhancing manager capability.
• Strong analytical skills to utilize HR data and workforce insights for identifying trends, shaping strategy, and achieving measurable results.
• Comfort with leveraging technology and data to develop workflows, analyze information, and scale the function's capacity.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in structured written narratives.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Professional HR certification such as SPHR or SHRM-SCP is advantageous.
