This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary contact for employees and managers regarding HR policies, processes, and daily inquiries.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding procedures, which include handling new hire documentation, orientation, and exit protocols.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records and HRIS data, upholding compliance and data integrity.
• Aid in the administration of benefits enrollment, leave of absence requests, and various People operations processes.
• Facilitate performance management cycles and talent reviews by organizing timelines, materials, and communications.
• Assist in documenting and directing employee relations issues.
• Collaborate with Recruiting and People Operations to provide a smooth employee experience.
• Organize People programs and initiatives, such as engagement, learning and development, and recognition efforts.
• Generate reports and analyze People metrics to aid in informed decision-making.
• Organize and oversee company events, off-sites, and other activities for the People team.
• Maintain and audit People records and compliance documentation.
• Provide administrative and coordination support to the People team.
• Facilitate internal communications regarding People programs, policy updates, and significant initiatives.
• Serve as a point of contact for hiring managers commencing recruitment processes.
• Enhance People Team processes, frameworks, and policies through the use of technology and AI.
• Collaborate with managers and employees to strengthen workplace relationships, enhance morale, and promote productivity and retention.
• Offer assistance wherever needed within a small, collaborative team.
• A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a generalist, business partner, consultant, or operations position within a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience in supporting employees and managers with day-to-day inquiries and processes.
• Familiarity with onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, and compliance regulations.
• Experience or a strong interest in utilizing AI to enhance and automate workflows.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to influence others.
• Strong judgment and discretion when managing sensitive and confidential information.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
• Comfort in navigating ambiguity within a dynamic, growing organization.
• A collaborative, low-ego mindset and readiness to engage hands-on.
• Resilience, adaptability, and the capacity to work swiftly and efficiently across various functions.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and an eagerness to learn new tools.
• A genuine interest in pursuing a career in People/HR.
• Resourceful, curious, and adaptable learner.
• Strong emotional intelligence.
• Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
