This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
• Handle onboarding logistics, which includes managing documentation, system access, equipment coordination, training schedules, and cross-departmental onboarding activities.
• Ensure the maintenance of precise employee records, organizational information, role documentation, policies, and People Operations resources.
• Foster employee engagement through culture initiatives, recognition programs, internal events, and team-building activities.
• Assist in performance management, feedback cycles, goal-setting processes, and various employee programs.
• Act as the initial point of contact for routine employee inquiries, escalating sensitive or complex issues to leadership as needed.
• Provide support for HR systems, benefits, payroll coordination, and other People Operations processes.
• Aid hiring managers and leadership with job descriptions, interview coordination, candidate communication, and recruiting workflows.
• Manage the candidate experience throughout the interview and hiring journey.
• Keep track of recruiting documentation, interview materials, and hiring process trackers.
• Facilitate the transition from candidate to employee, ensuring a smooth handoff into onboarding.
• Assist with cross-functional operational projects and align with company priorities.
• Identify areas for simplification, automation, or enhancement of internal processes.
• Support company meetings, internal communications, team events, and operational initiatives.
• Embrace new and evolving responsibilities as the company expands.
• 2–5 years of experience in People Operations, HR, business operations, startup operations, project coordination, or a similar role.
• Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, with the capability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to collaborate efficiently across teams and levels.
• A high degree of discretion and sound judgment when dealing with confidential or sensitive information.
• Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable taking initiative without the need for extensive instructions.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment where priorities and responsibilities may shift.
• Strong follow-through capabilities and a tendency towards action-oriented behavior.
• Familiarity with HR, project management, collaboration, or other business operations tools.
• Ability to work remotely from the U.S. Eastern or Central Time Zone.
