• Collaborate closely with business leaders to create, mentor, and implement impactful initiatives centered on talent development, employee relations, and performance management.
• Assist the expanding People Partnering team in executing cyclical HR programs, including performance evaluations, compensation cycles, talent planning, and engagement surveys.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues, accommodations, and investigations.
• Work alongside People Partners and the wider People Team to utilize insights and data to provide counsel on organizational health, identify trends, and promote continuous improvement.
• Strong preference for knowledge of HR regulations and compliance in the US and Canada.
• Experience with Employer of Record (EOR) and/or Professional Employer Organization (PEO) is advantageous.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, particularly in a global and remote environment.
• Ability to understand individuals and advocate for diverse viewpoints.
