📋 Description

• Deliver administrative and operational assistance for People Team programs, processes, and initiatives, ensuring smooth and compliant HR operations while serving as the primary contact for employee inquiries.

• Ensure accurate and confidential maintenance of employee records, HRIS data, workforce documentation, organizational charts, and reporting to facilitate business operations and informed decision-making.

• Oversee the employee lifecycle, which includes onboarding, offboarding, addressing employee inquiries, managing documentation, tracking workflows, and providing policy guidance.

• Manage training, compliance, and knowledge management activities, including training assignments, monitoring completion, creating SOPs, documenting processes, providing meeting resources, and ensuring required employee acknowledgments.

• Assist with employee engagement, recognition, wellness, and cultural initiatives, encompassing awards, milestones, appreciation programs, Employee Experience activities, and retention strategies.

• Oversee People Team operational tools, tracking systems, company-branded materials, and employee resources to enhance efficiency and service delivery.

• Recognize and implement process improvements, contribute to strategic initiatives, and undertake special projects that elevate People Team operations and enhance the overall employee experience.


⛳️ Requirements

• An associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field, along with two (2) to five (5) years of relevant professional experience is required. A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.

• Strong project management and organizational skills, coupled with administrative capabilities, enabling efficient multitasking.

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy when maintaining personnel records and processing HR-related documents.

• Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills.

• Experience in providing customer service and responding to inquiries from employees, managers, or stakeholders.

• Capability to analyze information, identify opportunities for process improvement, and implement administrative solutions.

• Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and various organizational levels.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
