Senior People Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in enhancing and streamlining essential People Operations procedures throughout the employee lifecycle.

• Manage and facilitate performance review cycles, goal establishment, and feedback mechanisms.

• Collaborate with managers to guarantee consistency, fairness, and effectiveness in performance assessments.

• Oversee and uphold the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy, system integrity, and compliance.

• Aid in recruitment efforts, which encompass job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and offer documentation.

• Organize onboarding activities to provide a smooth experience for new hires.

• Oversee offboarding procedures, including documentation, exit interviews, and coordination with internal stakeholders.

• Coordinate and manage internship initiatives, including recruitment, onboarding, mentoring, and program administration.

• Advocate for the adoption and effective use of AI tools and automation throughout the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• Over 5 years of experience in People Operations, Human Resources, or a related position.

• Proficient in administering HRIS platforms and supporting HR operational processes.

• Experience in facilitating performance management programs and employee lifecycle procedures.

• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, with the capacity to work effectively across various departments.

• Familiarity with AI-driven productivity and automation tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or similar) to enhance operational efficiency and business processes.

• Strong enthusiasm for AI and emerging technologies, with the capacity to advocate for AI adoption and support organizational transformation efforts.
