Senior People Analytics Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Responsible for providing technical leadership in the development of solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.

• Define architecture and oversee the development of complex solutions within Power Platform.

• Create advanced applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven).

• Design and implement robust automations with Power Automate.

• Establish and uphold governance, security, and ALM standards.

• Integrate solutions with corporate systems and Azure services.

• Provide technical support to less experienced professionals.

• Collaborate with business areas to define solutions and provide technical direction.

• Ensure the performance, scalability, and sustainability of solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform in corporate environments.

• Proficiency in:

• Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven).

• Power Automate.

• Power BI (modeling and DAX).

• Dataverse (architecture, security, and performance).

• Experience with:

• REST integrations / APIs.

• Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus).

• Governance, DLP Policies, and ALM.

• Advanced knowledge of Power Fx, JavaScript, and customizations.

• Microsoft certifications (PL-400, PL-600).

• Experience with the Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE).

• Involvement in large-scale projects and enterprise environments.
