This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Deliver advanced operational HR support across various countries or intricate jurisdictions.
• Oversee the operational execution of organizational changes, restructures, transfers, integrations, and workforce transitions.
• Facilitate operational readiness and the implementation of country expansions and new market entry activities.
• Ensure operational uniformity while accommodating local legislative and cultural requirements.
• Manage or assist with complex employee relations issues such as investigations, grievances, disciplinary actions, restructures, and sensitive exits.
• Collaborate with Legal and HR leadership on high-risk or legally sensitive operational issues.
• Support Works Councils, CSEs, or employee representative processes as applicable.
• Ensure adherence to local labor laws, consultation obligations, collective agreements, and statutory requirements.
• Serve as a senior escalation point for intricate operational HR issues necessitating advanced judgment.
• Promote operational governance, consistency, and best practices across supported regions.
• Assist in the development of operational frameworks, SOPs, and escalation models.
• Offer coaching and guidance to members of the Global People Services team.
• Collaborate with HRBPs and business leaders to implement workforce and organizational changes.
• Provide operational insights into workforce planning, transformation, and business change initiatives.
• Aid in the implementation of HR operating model enhancements and operational transformation initiatives.
• Spearhead operational improvement initiatives across regions or functions.
• Support the deployment of HR technology, automation, and scalable operational processes.
• Identify operational trends, risks, and opportunities for process enhancements.
• Contribute to wider HR transformation and governance initiatives.
• Extensive HR generalist and operational HR experience across multiple countries or regions.
• Strong background in managing complex employee relations and legislative issues.
• Preferred experience in supporting Works Councils, CSEs, or employee consultation processes.
• Experience in supporting organizational change, transformation, or country expansion initiatives.
• Strong operational judgment and risk assessment skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
• Ability to coach and mentor operational HR team members.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Professional HR qualification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent) is desirable.
