Senior People Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Provide exceptional People Operations services by consistently enhancing processes, policies, systems, and operational methods.

• Lead a high-performing People Ops team, mentoring, developing, and driving operational excellence throughout the employee lifecycle.

• Manage and optimize HR systems (including HRIS and Leapsome), ensuring robust data integrity, automation, and manager engagement.

• Supervise essential People cycles such as performance management, development processes, compensation reviews, and payroll execution.

• Serve as the escalation point for employee relations, assisting in resolutions and guiding managers through complex situations.

• Advocate for digital transformation and process simplification to eliminate bureaucracy and enhance the employee experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in leading a high-performing People Operations team within a scaling technology or SaaS environment.

• Established track record in developing and enhancing People frameworks for onboarding, performance management, rewards, and offboarding.

• Strong expertise in employee relations with the ability to confidently advise and de-escalate complex cases.

• Proficient in HR systems, data management, reporting, and process automation; experience with HRIS and performance tools is preferred.

• In-depth understanding of employment laws, risk management, compliance, and People-related governance.

• A mindset focused on “People as a Product” — simplifying processes, reducing friction, and designing for scalability.
