Senior People Operations Generalist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the HiBob HRIS and manage the associated data

• Develop and enhance the architecture, automation, and workflows of the HRIS

• Optimize the integrations with Gusto, Sequoia, B-Swift, and Fidelity

• Oversee the main People inbox and respond to inquiries

• Assess incoming requests and direct them to the correct individual

• Engage in well-defined, unstructured specialty projects as priorities evolve

• Create and manage a People metrics dashboard for the board, executives, and leadership

• Handle the operational and systems aspects of People programs

• Enhance the People team's systems and processes as the organization grows

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years in People/HR operations, preferably within a startup or rapidly growing company

• Direct experience managing an HRIS; expertise in configuring and maintaining an HRIS, with HiBob being an advantage

• Proficient in developing HRIS workflows, fields, and automations

• Comfortable with integrations and data flow; capable of connecting systems, identifying data issues, and resolving them

• Strong skills in people data and reporting

• Familiarity with AI tools, including concrete examples of their application

• Ability to support a distributed workforce across multiple states; experience with international workforces is a plus

• Excellent communication abilities

• Capacity to work synchronously primarily from 9 AM–2 PM PT and asynchronously across different time zones
