Senior People Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary subject matter expert for UKG Pro within the People Ops team.

• Oversee and prioritize incoming requests related to People Systems via Jira.

• Develop, sustain, and enhance reports and dashboards utilizing UKG Pro.

• Configure and manage UKG Pro modules, including core HR functionalities.

• Record system processes, configuration modifications, and reporting standards.

• Collaborate with the wider People Ops team to pinpoint and address recurring issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of direct experience with UKG Pro.

• Strong expertise in report creation (Cognos or UKG Reporting).

• Experience in managing incoming requests through a ticketing system (preferably Jira or similar).

• A customer-centric approach.

• High attention to detail and a proven history of maintaining data integrity.

• Capability to handle competing priorities effectively.
