This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• RevenueCat is in search of a Head of People to spearhead talent and people strategy during a crucial phase of growth.
• This role reports to the VP of Strategy & Operations, overseeing both Recruiting and People Operations throughout the organization.
• Develop and implement a recruiting strategy that aligns with substantial organizational growth while preserving talent density.
• Enhance the effectiveness of hiring managers, candidate experience, and recruiting processes.
• Collaborate with executives on workforce planning, organizational design, and leadership development initiatives.
• Continue to advance RevenueCat's performance management and talent development programs.
• Create scalable systems and processes to support a globally distributed workforce.
• Work closely with Finance on compensation, headcount planning, and organizational investments.
• Utilize automation and AI-driven workflows to enhance recruiting and people operations.
• Establish metrics and reporting mechanisms to increase visibility into hiring performance and organizational health.
• Contribute to maintaining and enhancing RevenueCat's culture as the company expands.
• Over 8 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, people operations, or broader leadership roles in the people domain.
• Proven experience in building and scaling teams within rapidly growing technology companies.
• Strong background in recruitment, especially within technical organizations.
• Experience working directly with executives on talent and organizational strategies.
• Proven ability to manage and develop teams effectively.
• Excellent communication, influence, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Competitive equity in a rapidly growing, Series C startup backed by leading investors, including Y Combinator.
• 10-year period to exercise vested equity options.
• Fully remote and flexible working environment.
