This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Ensure the accuracy of employee records in HRIS and People systems, identifying and rectifying any discrepancies.
• Manage the processing of employment letters, confirmation letters, and verification letters, as well as approved compensation changes while maintaining proper documentation.
• Oversee the XOXO voucher program and assist with the SPIFF reward initiative.
• Aid in the administration of benefits in India, including the Provident Fund, Pension Scheme, and other statutory filings.
• Take ownership of audit preparedness through HR file audits, compliance postings, and preparation for statutory audits.
• Track compliance and training completion, following up on deadlines and assisting with POSH training logistics.
• Generate People reports and assist HRBPs in data extraction and formatting for leadership presentations and dashboards.
• Conduct new-hire orientation and provide information to employees regarding benefits, policies, and HR procedures.
• Organize new-hire connects, monitor probation and confirmation timelines, and highlight important deadlines.
• Assist with the complete offboarding process, including HRIS updates, payroll notifications, exit coordination, interviews, and data collection.
• Support performance management processes, track outcomes, facilitate manager communications, and maintain documentation.
• Guide employees in utilizing career-planning resources and escalate development discussions to HRBPs.
• Act as the primary contact for employee and manager inquiries, resolving routine issues and escalating complex matters as needed.
• Provide confidential support for employee-relations investigations while maintaining tracking for India ER and AllVoices.
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, Culture Committee coordination, surveys, communications, and internal HR content creation.
• Collaborate on the development and delivery of training content with HRBPs and OED.
• Utilize AI tools like Claude and Replit for drafting, reporting, content creation, data analysis, and workflow processes.
• Identify opportunities for AI-assisted and automated People Operations solutions and propose them as needed.
• Support AI-enabled People tools, portals, and dashboards while sharing insights from emerging AI trends.
• Report directly to the Senior Manager HRBP.
• 5–7 years of experience in Human Resources, HR Operations, or a generalist role within the people domain.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
• Practical experience with HRIS platforms, such as ADP or similar systems.
• Quick learner, comfortable with adopting new systems.
• Strong grasp of basic HR compliance in India, including Provident Fund, POSH, and labor code regulations.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to execute accurately and promptly across various workstreams.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Capability to manage sensitive situations with professionalism and tact.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Enthusiasm for utilizing AI and adeptness in running reports, formatting data, and supporting analysis.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality.
• Ability to quickly build rapport and trust with colleagues.
• Capacity to take initiative in uncertain situations.
• Competence in delivering training solutions as required.
