Senior People Experience – Culture Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latvia.

📋 Description

• Create and implement hub events, team-building activities, and road trips that enhance a sense of belonging and connection within a distributed team.

• Develop and manage scalable recognition programs and milestone celebrations (such as birthdays, work anniversaries, new-baby gifts, and more) that maintain a personal touch, regardless of team size.

• Oversee the entire process of branded merchandise, including concept development, production, vendor management, and distribution across various hubs.

• Foster engagement within a distributed workforce through effective communication strategies: guide teams on communication formats and best practices, and transform ideas into repeatable, measurable engagement initiatives.

• Spearhead cross-hub programs that promote a unified culture and a consistent employee experience across all operational locations.

• Manage external partners and budgets to ensure timely and on-brand program delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in managing employee events, team-building, and engagement programs from start to finish, preferably across multiple locations or a distributed workforce.

• A creative approach with a proven ability to transform concepts into scalable employee experience initiatives rather than merely organizing one-off events.

• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the capability to work independently, set standards, and provide guidance to the broader People team.

• Proven ability (or strong skills) in managing employee engagement through effective internal communications.

• Proficiency in vendor, budget, and logistics management across various markets.

• Willingness and ability to travel between hubs to support local initiatives and events.
