Senior People Experience, Culture Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Estonia.

📋 Description

• Create and execute hub events, team-building activities, and road trips that enhance belonging and connections within a distributed team.

• Develop and implement scalable recognition programs and milestone celebrations (such as birthdays, work anniversaries, new-baby gifts, and more) that maintain a personal touch regardless of team size.

• Oversee branded merchandise from concept to delivery, including production, vendor management, and distribution across various hubs.

• Foster engagement among a geographically dispersed workforce through effective communication strategies: advising teams on communication formats and best practices.

• Spearhead cross-hub initiatives that promote a unified culture and a consistent employee experience wherever we operate.

• Manage external partnerships and budgets to ensure timely and on-brand program delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in managing employee events, team-building, and engagement programs from start to finish, preferably across multiple locations or a distributed workforce.

• A creative approach with a proven history of transforming ideas into scalable employee experience initiatives — rather than just one-off events.

• Strong stakeholder management abilities and the maturity to work independently, set benchmarks, and provide guidance to the broader People team.

• Proven experience (or robust skills) in managing employee engagement through effective internal communications.

• Comfort with managing vendors, budgets, and logistics across different markets.

• Willingness and capability to travel to various hubs to support local initiatives and events.
