This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take charge of operational excellence and governance throughout the entire PDE Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from ideation to post-launch evaluation.
• Ensure data consistency, tool integration, and scalable workflows.
• Lead the strategy and integration decisions regarding core tools (ProductBoard, Jira, Amplitude, Jellyfish, Guru, Confluence, and Zendesk).
• Promote the adoption of new processes and collaborate directly with PDE leadership.
• Engage with tools on a daily basis, address systemic data issues, automate workflows, and interact at the leadership level to influence key decisions.
• 5–7 years of experience in product operations or program management within a SaaS environment.
• Extensive hands-on experience with SDLC tools, particularly Jira and ProductBoard; familiarity with Amplitude, Jellyfish, Guru, Confluence, or Zendesk is a significant advantage.
• Proven experience in owning or enhancing end-to-end SDLC processes, including artifact standards, stage-gate compliance, and ensuring cross-tool data integrity.
• Demonstrated capability to design and scale operational frameworks rather than just adhering to them; adept at creating playbooks, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and governance structures that are effective at an organizational scale.
• Hands-on experience with scripting or workflow automation; familiarity with Python or JavaScript is a plus. Experience with Claude Code or AI-assisted tooling is highly valued.
• Comfortable engaging with senior and executive stakeholders; produces clear, data-driven operational reports for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Works with a high degree of autonomy; makes independent decisions within a defined strategy and recognizes when to escalate issues.
• Competitive compensation package along with an equity plan.
• Paid Time Off (PTO), Paid Sick Leave (PSL), and 12 Paid Company Holidays.
• Comprehensive medical coverage (including extended health care, dental, and vision).
• Access to top-tier equipment.
• In-office workspace located in Vancouver, BC, Canada.
• Monthly allowance for wellness, reading, and access to LinkedIn Learning for ongoing development.
• Engaging events and activities that are both team-focused and company-wide, aimed at inspiring, educating, and fostering community.
