Senior P&C Engineer – Technical Application Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serves as a knowledgeable consultant to assist customers in the planning and creation of technical solutions.

• Aids in the technical preparation of proposals, ensuring alignment with customer specifications.

• Provides technical support to the sales teams.

• Supports customers in troubleshooting and analyzing protection and control systems.

• Monitors issues identified during product demonstrations, evaluations, and testing phases.

• Leads technical presentations for customers to aid in sales efforts.

• Delivers product training to both customers and the sales team.

• Assists clients in conducting product tests at their locations.

• Collaborates directly with customers to shape technical specifications.

• Receives customer requests for quotes and formulates product proposals.

• Develops and nurtures long-term relationships at technical levels within customer organizations.

• Aids in identifying new leads and market opportunities.

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.

• At least 6 years of experience in power system protection and control.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
