This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Achieve or surpass revenue objectives by delivering metal cutting solutions.
• Generate, qualify, and manage all sales leads, prospects, and new customer accounts.
• Proactively oversee the entire sales process, encompassing prospecting, qualification, and consultative sales meetings.
• Collaborate actively with internal sales and support teams to ensure a valuable and positive customer experience from start to finish.
• Conduct online and/or onsite demonstrations of metal cutting products customized to meet customer needs.
• A technical degree or a degree in Business, Manufacturing, and/or Engineering is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the CNC machining industry, with 1-2 years in technical sales and/or application experience preferred.
• Strong product knowledge, including applications and troubleshooting; capable of customizing solutions to fulfill customer requirements.
• Skilled in various sales techniques, including advanced objection handling and closing strategies; adaptable in approach to different customer types.
• Ability to independently implement strategic sales plans; contributes to strategy development and achieves targets through insightful planning.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the capability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
