This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Providing comprehensive support for Polish payroll and the payroll team from start to finish, aligning with established standards and client expectations, including all related payroll tasks and transactions.
• Actively identifying opportunities for upselling and aiding the Change Request process when any deviations from the contractually agreed standard scope of service are discovered.
• Comprehending standard and client-specific payroll reports, including the statutory year-end reporting requirements set forth by customer contracts and service scope.
• Keeping up-to-date with Polish legislation requirements; managing updates, changes, and overall payroll procedures while overseeing the payroll legislation road map.
• Addressing payroll-related inquiries and requests from both the team and clients; assisting the Operations Manager with client engagement initiatives.
• Updating, maintaining, and enforcing the utilization of the Defined Work Instructions (DWIs) and other process documentation.
• Ensuring compliance in the use of all systems.
• Engaging in and advocating for innovation activities aimed at driving continuous improvement.
• Assisting and guiding project implementations and go-lives.
• Participating in assigned projects and activities as required.
• 3-4 years of relevant experience in managing Polish Payroll within HR consulting, HR Outsourcing, or a Corporate setting.
• Strong understanding of various inputs and outputs, including third-party interfaces, timekeeping, tax filing/compliance, benefits, and other critical areas that connect with Polish payroll.
• Ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Proficient in English (minimum B2 level).
• Strong command of MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Flexibility to thrive in a global and dynamic environment.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-driven with a strong desire to learn.
• Capability to collaborate effectively in a team setting as well as work independently while adhering to established processes and procedures.
