This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.
• Oversee and uphold the integrity, accuracy, and security of payroll data across global operations, ensuring adherence to local regulations.
• Create and implement streamlined payroll data management processes, which encompass data collection and integration, storage, and auditing procedures to facilitate seamless payroll operations in collaboration with our Global Payroll vendor.
• Establish and uphold global payroll data management standards, including data quality benchmarks, data sharing guidelines, and analysis procedures to guarantee consistency and compliance.
• Handle customer escalations and address service issues in cooperation with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Develop procedures, tools, and training initiatives to guide local teams in maintaining effective data hygiene practices.
• Assess change requests for their potential impacts on integrations.
• Analyze operational performance data and provide insights to foster process enhancements.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and external payroll vendors to ensure alignment with global payroll processes, resolve data-related challenges, and promote continuous improvement.
• Experience in payroll service delivery or a similar role with global exposure.
• In-depth knowledge of global payroll regulations, compliance requirements for data management, and payroll data structures.
• Proficiency in payroll systems and integrations, including Workday, Strada, Automatic Data Processing (ADP), and Oracle.
• Demonstrated capability to lead data change initiatives, enhance performance in an outsourced environment, and manage sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
• Exceptional problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills within a multicultural, remote working setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
