This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Collaborate with clients to gain insight into their existing payroll needs and propose effective Strada solutions.
• Analyze client business challenges and constraints to recommend optimal solutions.
• Accurately capture and document client requirements and create relevant work packages in accordance with the signed solutions agreement.
• Lead the design of solutions, monitor, and align deliverables to ensure timely and within-scope project completion.
• Ensure completion of lessons learned activities from both functional and technical perspectives.
• Provide project objectives and deliverables to the functional and technical teams assigned to the project.
• Document any deviations from Strada standards and communicate them to the project team.
• Offer subject matter expertise for all SAP payroll-related technical and functional matters.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for all technical and functional resources involved in the project.
• Function as the Payroll lead / Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for SAP Payroll Management development, defect identification, and resolution.
• Possess extensive and proven skills in SAP HCM & Payroll configuration, including Evaluation and Schemas.
• Must have experience with payroll processes in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland, including Schemas, sickness processing, PCRs, wage type creation, and basic pay configuration.
• Diagnose and resolve HCM & Payroll issues for both external and internal clients, updating ticket logging systems promptly and accurately.
• Act as the main escalation point within the project or as SPOC for all issues related to implementation and system configuration within maintenance services.
• Ensure quality and proficiency in the configuration, utilization, and deployment of OM/PA/PY/TM modules in collaboration with internal cross-functional teams for successful delivery.
• Work closely with Project Managers, team members, and Service Delivery Management.
• Mentor junior colleagues.
• Support Sales and Pre-Sales teams as needed.
• Collaborate with the payroll implementation team on system building.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a focus on Business or Technical fields, or equivalent experience.
• Exhibit exceptional SAP Payroll Functional and Technical implementation and configuration skills.
• Possess a thorough understanding of country-specific payroll legislation and practices for Germany, Austria, or Switzerland.
• Have experience in a consulting role within a payroll technology setting.
• Demonstrate outstanding analytical abilities with a keen eye for detail and quality.
• Be highly organized and capable of effectively prioritizing tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Be a natural communicator with the ability to forge successful relationships with clients and teams.
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in German is an advantage.
