Payroll Professional I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Process the payroll from start to finish for Mexico using SAP, including: regular salary payments, overtime (extra hours), bonuses, commissions, and variable pay, as well as final settlements (liquidations).

• Ensure compliance with IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISR, and other statutory authorities.

• Maintain and reconcile accounts related to payroll; guarantee the accuracy of payroll results in SAP.

• Provide, review, and validate payroll input data (new hires, separations/terminations, compensation changes, leaves/absences, etc.).

• Review the results provided by the outsourced payroll provider.

• Coordinate with Human Resources, Finance, and external vendors to ensure the accuracy and completeness of payroll.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.

• Over 2 years of experience in processing payroll in Mexico.

• Experience in generating and submitting (timbrado) CFDI payroll receipts.

• In-depth knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT), social security (IMSS), and tax obligations (SAT) in Mexico.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Excel and payroll reporting.
