This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Responsible for the design, configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of Workday Payroll for payroll operations in the U.S. and Canada.
• Act as the main subject matter expert for Workday Payroll HRIS.
• Provide support for intricate payroll configurations, including pay components, calculated fields, conditional rules, eligibility criteria, accumulations, and payroll processing setups.
• Analyze and resolve complex issues within the payroll system.
• Lead testing activities for Workday enhancements, semi-annual releases, and updates to the payroll system.
• Assess Workday functionality, new releases, and industry best practices.
• A Bachelor's degree in a related field is mandatory.
• At least five (5) years of hands-on experience in HRIS with a focus on Workday Payroll configuration.
• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in supporting large, multi-state and/or multi-country payroll operations.
• Workday Payroll Certification is preferred.
