This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Executes sophisticated payroll operations and oversees intricate payroll processes to guarantee precise, timely, and compliant payroll results.
• Manages the resolution of escalated and sensitive payroll issues across various business units, employee groups, and pay practices.
• Conducts audits on payroll data to ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations.
• Performs comprehensive calculations of earnings, deductions, and taxes.
• Oversees specialized payroll functions including overpayment recovery, manual adjustments, off-cycle processing, and retroactive pay calculations.
• Collaborates closely with HR, Benefits, Compensation, Tax, Finance, managers, and employees to address time-sensitive payroll concerns.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Four (4) years of pertinent experience, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, advanced payroll expertise, meticulous attention to detail, sound judgment, and the capability to independently handle complex payroll situations in a high-volume, highly regulated setting.
• Advanced understanding of gross-to-net paycheck calculations.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
