Senior Payment Integrity Specialist – Governance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Provides strategic guidance and management support for the development of business cases related to enterprise-level initiatives across various functional areas.

• Leads complex, large-scale cross-functional initiatives.

• Drives strategic recommendations for portfolio planning.

• Participates in team development activities including training, mentoring, and monitoring departmental metrics.

• Guides junior team members in their responsibilities under the supervision of leadership.

• Manages the pipeline of business cases, prioritizing them based on strategic value, interdependencies, risk tolerance, and available capacity.

• Ensures a consistent methodology and rigor in the development of business cases across all teams.

• Facilitates engagement and communication with senior and executive stakeholders.

• Coordinates proactive collaboration among cross-functional teams.

• Orchestrates work teams, fosters consensus, and ensures the integrity of policies and processes to complete project work.

• Composes and delivers communications to all levels of the organization to ensure support, awareness, and effectiveness of process improvement initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience is required.

• A Master's Degree in a related field is preferred.

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in managing and leading projects within consulting, healthcare, or related sectors is required.

• Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI is preferred.

• Process quality certification is preferred.
